Using the wrong words on your website and web pages is another very common mistake.

When writing copy for your web pages, it’s important it reads well for a human first and a search engine second. You do however need to consider how people might search for the content you have written and include the right words (called keywords) or phrases (key phrases)

Use the Google Keyword Tool to evaluate how people might search for the product, service or information you have provided and ensure it is included within the page content at least once. The keyword or phrase must be exactly how people type it in to achieve best results.
